According to the legislation in force, the right to cancel the purchase is only applicable to customers individuals.
RETURN AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
According to OG No. OUG 34/2014 on the legal regime of distance contracts, which approves the ordinance, “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.".
The 14-day cancellation period applies only to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents).
Return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the product value will be made no later than 14 days from the return.
RETURN AND REFUND
Product ReturnsIf the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a fee to restore it to its original condition (if still possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand or reused.
At the customer's option, we will reship the product at their expense. The refund of the product value will be made only to the customer's IBAN account.
We do not accept cash on delivery packages. Courier fees are not refunded, only the value of the product.
These provisions apply according to OGOUG 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from/on this site using distance communication techniques.
RIGHTS AND ABUSE
The customer has the right to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the conditions of art. 4, paragraph 1, letter b) of OG 130/2000. In all cases of return/replacement of products as a result of renouncing the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer.
Repeatedly canceling a purchase may be considered abuse.
